Elisa Baudoin

After studying art at the Ateliers de Sèvres, Élisa developed a passion for directing during her theater studies. She went on to direct several short films, one of which was screened at a special evening at the Hôtel Grand Amour.

Her work is strongly influenced by her love of cinema (and in particular of Alfred Hitchcock - if you meet her, she'll probably suggest you watch his films with her) but also by the work and lives of some of her idols, including Kenneth Anger, Germaine Dulac, Luis Buñuel and Cocteau.

It's by this devout passion for rather experimental artists that Élisa continues on her path, directing numerous music videos. An art through which she expresses her creativity, combining pop imagery and poetry, dreaminess and audacity. Her frames are perfectly constructed - no doubt due to the fact that Elisa is also a photographer.
